Make it Easier for your Parish Council to contact you.

Your Parish Council is seeking ways to keep its residents informed about the latest news, events and concerns that directly affect you. We have launched this new website and we are currently looking to refresh our facebook page. We are in the process of compiling a list of email addresses of as many of our local residents as possible. We believe this to be the most efficient and effective way of regularly imparting news and matters of concern. Currently the only way of ensuring our residents are effectively updated is to produce a leaflet and post it through your doors. This is time consuming and relies upon the availability and goodwill of people to carry out this task. Effectively it means that there are not too many updates and residents are missing out on news and events that affect them. Such events may include planning applications and issues, events to attend, information on service updates, to name just a few.

Please seriously consider giving us your email addresses so that we can compile an effective communications system. Be confident that the database will be secure and that you can unsubscribe any time. Ideally we would like your email address, name and address. If you do not wish to provide all of this information just your email address will do. We will then regularly update you on matters that concern our local residents.
